HP NEWS SERVICE Shillong, Jul 8: The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) has accused Border Security Force (BSF) personnel of breaking restrictions by emerging from the BSF camp at Umpling which has been declared a Covid-19 containment zone. “We have been informed by residents of Umpling that the BSF personnel and moving in and out of the camp at will and are even entering the residential areas of Umpling,” KSU general secretary, Donald V Thabah said today while adding that this poses a risk of community transmission of Covid-19.
